I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, and behavioral health challenges. My approach combines evidence-based psychotherapy with medication management to help adults achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their mental health and daily functioning.
I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, difficulty with focus and organization, trauma-related symptoms, and unhelpful behavioral patterns. Many of my patients feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, low motivation, avoidance, or difficulty following through on goals and are looking for structured, practical strategies to move forward.
Drawing on clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I frequently work with multicultural and immigrant populations in New York. I also have experience treating Bipolar I and II disorders, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders, including supporting patients who receive Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
My goal is not only to reduce symptoms, but to help you function better, feel more in control, build sustainable coping strategies, and improve your overall quality of life.
